**Key Responsibilities:**
Analyze customer specifications and technical documents to create precise project scopes.
Develop cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs in HVAC systems.
Conduct evaluations of quotations, making informed technical recommendations.
Forge strong relationships with manufacturers to stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare detailed submittals and pricing layouts for equipment savings.
Manage project documentation to minimize risks and ensure successful project execution.
Deliver exceptional service during the warranty period to maximize client satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC project management or estimation preferred.
Proficiency with HVAC systems, temperature controls, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
