Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet deadlines and milestones
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, manufacturing, and quality)
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
Support vendor evaluation, selection, and technical discussions
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Ensure proper documentation and handover at project completion
MIS report to be submitted to Project Manager.
Knowledge about project Life cycle management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics or relevant field)
5-8 years of experience in project engineering or project management
Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project)
Good knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations

Time management and multitasking
Technical documentation and reporting
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in EPC / Manufacturing / Energy / BESS projects /Power Electronics
Knowledge of standards like IEC, UL, or ISO
PMP or equivalent project management certification

Work Environment
Office + site-based role depending on project requirements
May involve travel to project sites, vendor locations, or client offices
