Project Engineer (Technical Lead) | Drive Complex Projects from Concept to Completion

What You’ll Do
Lead the technical execution of projects—ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding decisions and resolving challenges quickly
Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep engineering schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track
Manage RFIs, change requests, and technical communications with clarity and urgency
Oversee document control and submittals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Partner with vendors, manufacturing, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
Support project kickoff meetings, site walkdowns, and customer engagements

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering (or similar)
~5+ years of experience in project-based engineering or technical project leadership
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams
Experience working directly with customers, including handling change management and technical discussions
Strong communication skills—you’re confident interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Willingness to travel and support global projects when needed
