Qualifications

3+ Years of Experience in heavy civil construction projects
Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and self-perform work
Experience leading successful project team,
Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving, motivational skills

Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality targets
Coordinate site engineering activities across earthworks, drainage, highways, or structural elements
Interpret and manage construction drawings, specifications, and method statements
Develop and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) to ensure safe execution of works
Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, designers, and client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery
Set out works and verify accuracy of surveys, levels, and quantities
Monitor progress on-site and assist in short-term and long-term programme planning
Manage technical queries (RFIs) and resolve design or construction issues with the design team
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (HSEQ) and relevant regulations
Support commercial teams with valuations, cost tracking, variations, and change control
Maintain accurate site records, including as-built drawings and daily reports
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual and technical requirements
Assist in procurement of materials and plant, ensuring timely availability
Participate in site inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes
Contribute to project risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
Promote best practices and continuous improvement across site operations
