Forge Strategies is partnered with a growing engineering-focused organization is seeking a Project Engineer to support civil construction and municipal infrastructure projects throughout the Milwaukee area.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 1–5 years of experience in civil or municipal engineering who is looking to grow their career working on meaningful public infrastructure projects including waterways, sewer systems, water management, highways, and bridges.

Project Focus:
• Municipal waterways
• Sewer and stormwater systems
• Water management infrastructure
• Highways and roadways
• Bridges and transportation projects
What They Are Looking For:
• 1–5 years of experience in civil, municipal, or infrastructure engineering
• Experience or interest in municipal, transportation, water, or public works projects
• EIT or PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to support projects from planning through execution
Compensation & Benefits:
• $90,000–$120,000 base salary depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses
• 3–4 weeks PTO
