The Role
They're hiring a Project Engineer to join a growing technical team. This is a hands-on, early-career role for someone who wants real ownership fast rather than a narrow lane. Depending on background, you could be working across:
Supporting mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering design and development
Hardware development from concept through manufacture and delivery
Cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and external partners
Program execution and project management support on technical programs
Hands-on troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Who They're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline
2-5 years' experience in a hardware environment — aerospace, advanced manufacturing, robotics, automotive, industrial technology, or similar (semiconductor backgrounds not a fit for this role)
Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented — you follow through
Strong communicator who can work across engineering, manufacturing, and external stakeholders
Austin-based and excited by a fully on-site, collaborative culture
Must be a US citizen or green card holder — due to the nature of the industry, this role cannot support visa sponsorship or work authorization outside these categories
