BEAR Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support our Solar Division by assisting with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day execution across active renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project managers and field teams throughout project execution
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Assist with schedules, permits, inspections, and closeout processes
• Coordinate workflows across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes
• Help maintain QA/QC and project tracking logs
Qualifications:
• Construction or related industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Solar project experience is a plus
