· Proficient with MS Office products and is familiar with programs such as MS Project, Procore, Plan-Grid, Bluebeam, OST, Revit, AutoCAD
Education/Experience:
· BA in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business (Preferably)
· 2 years Concrete Construction Experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Preconstruction
· Ensures all plans, specifications, contract documents are accurate with matching dates/versions
· Reviews plans and specifications
· Setup project and create job number
· Performs takeoffs for scope, creates colored plans
· Generates RFI’s and Submittals
· Participates with budget setup, coding/phasing
· Coordinates and participates in all other project deliverables to get the project off the ground (i.e. SOV setup, schedule coordination, Procore setup, arranging preconstruction meeting with GC and trade partners, preparing job package to administrator for Sage 300 input)
Construction
· Maintains, reviews, updates submittal, RFI and change order logs
· Prices change order work
· Reviews foreman time cards, confirms coding and hours
· Manages and updates claimed quantities in HCSS for production rate tracking
· Tracks and manages EWO’s (daily tags for added work)
· Participates in job cost review for WIP (work-in-progress) meeting
· Documents project progress with photos, colored drawings
· Work with PM to establish work remaining and cost-to-complete values and hours
· Provides administrator with cost-to-complete information for entry into Sage 300
· Assists with generating progress bills
Closeout
· Ensures all outstanding change orders are executed, billed, and received
· Ensures all punch-list items are identified and completed
· Execute warranties, closeout documents
· Confirm all retention is billed
· Coordinate and participate in project debrief meeting (wins/losses/takeaways)
