About the Role
Provide project engineering coordination services supporting installation verification, documentation readiness, and engineering workflow execution under senior site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering workflow support: track RFIs/submittals/clarifications and support closure workflows
Field verification support: assist with install checks, punch/deficiency list updates, readiness confirmations
Documentation package upkeep: logs, trackers, repositories (e.g., turnover inputs, testing artifacts)
Progress/reporting support: compile status inputs, action logs, risk/issue summaries for site leads
Cross-team coordination: support alignment between engineering, construction, safety, and operations
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Mechanical/Civil/Construction/related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
Strong documentation accuracy and comfort in active construction environments
Basic literacy reading drawings/specs; strong coordination skills
Salary and Other Compensation: The salary for this position is between $75,000 - $80,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
