Work in a team‑oriented environment where communication and follow‑through matter

What You’ll Do
Support apartment construction projects through documentation, coordination, and communication
Act as a key link between the field, office, and external partners
Communicate professionally with field personnel, general contractors, owners, inspectors, and design professionals

Manage product submittals, tracking approvals, revisions, and comments
Research, write, and track RFIs and change order requests
Maintain current logs for RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials and fixtures are ordered accurately and delivered on time

Support punch lists, project close‑out requirements, O&M manuals, record drawings, and warranty documentation
Assist with post‑project reviews and lessons‑learned tracking
Serve as a point of contact for warranty items after project completion
