Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to assist in leading our engineering team and collaborating closely with the owner. This individual will play a pivotal role in project execution, team leadership, and direct communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the structural design, analysis, and planning of various projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and innovation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
Collaborate with the owner to understand project requirements, goals, and technical specifications.
Prepare detailed structural reports, calculations, and design drawings.
Oversee the preparation of submittals and response to client inquiries.
Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in structural engineering, including experience in design and project management.
Proficient in structural analysis software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and design standards.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
