This Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager supports commercial and multifamily projects with a strong on-site presence. You will grow quickly through hands-on subcontractor coordination and direct access to company leadership.

Duties:
• Support the Project Manager across active commercial and multifamily projects
• Take a lead role in subcontractor coordination and day-to-day site activity
• Balance field presence with core APM responsibilities and documentation
• Participate in meetings, scheduling, and issue resolution early in your career
• Grow into leading meetings and serving as a client point of contact
Qualifications:
• Construction-related degree or hands-on construction experience
• Brings drive, professionalism, honesty, and humility to their work
• Is comfortable in the field and enjoys collaborating with trade partners
• Wants faster responsibility and a stronger voice than large firms offer
• Is down-to-earth and values teamwork and shared success
Perks:
• Salary range of $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience
• 401(k) with 3% safe harbor match, 10% bonus, 10% profit sharing, and 85% medical plus 50% vision and dental coverage
• 4 weeks PTO, summer Fridays ending at 12:00 pm, and mileage reimbursement
