Project Engineer AI&T

An innovative aerospace company developing advanced lunar mobility and robotic systems is seeking an AI&T Project Engineer to support spacecraft and vehicle integration, verification, and environmental testing activities.

This role will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to coordinate and execute test campaigns for next-generation spaceflight hardware in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of spacecraft and vehicle test campaigns
Coordinate schedules, budgets, facilities, and engineering teams
Develop test plans, procedures, and verification methods
Support assembly, integration, and rapid prototyping activities
Oversee environmental testing including vibe, TVAC, acoustics, static load, and EMI/EMC
Manage Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and post-test reporting
Drive continuous improvement across testing and integration processes

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software Engineering, or similar
2+ years’ experience in AI&T, systems engineering, or technical project management
Experience supporting environmental test campaigns for aerospace or complex hardware systems
Familiarity with NASA or equivalent aerospace testing standards
Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills
Experience using MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
