Description:

Diversified Systems is searching for a highly skilled Programmer who will work with a designated application team: Application Development Manager, Project Manager (PM), Technical Lead, Business Analyst (BA), Database Analyst (DBA), and Quality Analyst (QA) in an iterative development environment.

Responsibilities:

Review and understand the project's design and user experience goals required.
Participate in requirements and design review sessions to gather and refine UI requirements required.
Develop and test user interfaces in support of project specifications and design guidelines required.
Collaborate with technical team members and designers to create and refine user interface designs required.
Provide status of work and deliverable estimates to the project manager or technical lead required.
Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks required.
Resolve issues related to design feasibility and ensure accuracy in implementation required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, work under tight deadlines, and meet assigned deadlines required.

Requirements:

4 years of experience with C# required.
4 years of experience with CSS and HTML required.
4 years of proficiency in SQL, structured query language, required.
4 years of experience with JavaScript required.
4 years of four-year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study preferred required.
Experience with Git highly desired.
Experience with Angular highly desired.
Experience with user experience and user interface design highly desired.
Ability to collaborate, negotiate, and take direction from supporting resources across business and functional lines to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces required.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including strong meeting and work session skills to effectively convey design ideas and gather requirements required.
Excellent organizational skills and proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to manage multiple UI design projects and deliver high-quality results required.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting issues including cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization required.
Ability to design and implement responsive and accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 or higher, Bootstrap 4 or higher, and JavaScript or TypeScript required.
Proven experience creating and maintaining UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts required.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with backend developers to integrate UI components with backend services and ensure seamless user experiences required.
