Paragon Alpha is partnering with a leading quantitative hedge fund seeking to hire a Production Engineer to join its New York office, supporting front office trading desks and Risk teams with a focus on Risk and PnL platforms.

The role sits at the intersection of technology and trading operations, covering real-time risk monitoring, PnL production and reconciliation, trade and position investigations, and market data integrity across multiple asset classes. You will work closely with traders, quants, finance, and engineering teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of critical front office systems.
