Sign Detailer / Engineer – Custom Signage
$26–$35/hr. (Depending on Experience) | Full-Time | San Diego, CA

From national banks to restaurants and retail, we build fast, custom, and proudly in-house — and we’re looking for someone ready to be a key part of our engineering team.

What You’ll Do
Draft detailed fabrication/shop drawings.
Program CNC router files (EnRoute).
Build 3D assemblies in SolidWorks that bring custom signage to life.
Collaborate closely with design, fabrication, and install teams.
Select materials & fastening methods to meet specs and code.
Adjust drawings as needed from the field or permitting.
What You Bring
2+ years in signage, metal fabrication, or related detailing/engineering.
Strong SolidWorks skills (this will be central to your role).
Skilled in CAD and CNC programming.
Familiarity with CorelDRAW, LED Wizard, Neon Wizard, and FlexiSIGN is a plus.
Strong technical and mechanical problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
Eye for detail and a true team-first mindset.

Location: San Diego, CA (On-site, Monday–Friday)
Full-Time, Steady Schedule
