Product Validation Engineer

Lead Failure Incident Review Group projects: Issues that come up from customer engines or from test engines. Lead the investigation of the issue and take the issue from the initial stages to the implementation of both short term and long-term solutions.
Lead cost reduction and sourcing change projects: Complete and maintain schedules, work with multiple teams including quality and sourcing. Make any requested changes and implement into production.
Current product support: Immediate plant needs in terms of disposition of non-spec parts as well as immediate assistance with keeping the line moving.
Support engine testing: Procuring parts, design changes, test plans, and results from testing.
Design tasks: Implementing requested or needed design changes through marked up prints then design reviews to implement said changes.
Meet weekly with project/program stakeholders as well as team members.
Work through validation plans and testing schedules.
