Role Overview
Responsible for handling Customer product issues, performing initial analysis, and coordinating with Delivery and Engineering and Product and R&D teams to ensure quick and effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and validate issue tickets from Delivery teams
Understand issue context, impact, and recent system changes
Collect required inputs such as screenshots, logs, and configuration files
Analyze logs and correlate with issue timelines
Identify issue patterns (recurring, intermittent, system-specific)
Provide initial root cause hypothesis
Communicate findings to Product and Engineering teams
Maintain basic documentation of issues and learnings
Reproduction of Field issue at R&D Lab
Recommend possible solutions to address the issues.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in log analysis and issue investigation
Basic understanding of system configurations
Knowledge of networking and databases
Good communication and structured thinking
Good to have programming knowledge of Linux, Python & C, C++, Java
Knowledgeable about high and low voltage equipment in substations.
Understand the operating principle of wind power generation and BESS energy storage systems.
Preferred
Engineering degree (Electrical / CS / IT)
Exposure to SCADA / EMS or similar systems
Experience in production support / analysis roles
