Product Engineering Architect - Analog Layout Design

What You'll Bring to the Team:
A Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
18+ years of extensive professional experience in semiconductor design, EDA, or related technical domains.
A consistent track record of successfully defining and delivering impactful solutions, workflows, or products that have significantly benefited users or customers.
Demonstrated expertise in applying automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, generative AI, or agentic AI technologies to enhance engineering workflows.
A deep understanding of one or more of these critical domains:
Analog and custom IC design
Standard cell design and optimization
Physical implementation
Design migration and design reuse
Semiconductor design automation
Physical verification, extraction, and simulation workflows
Valuable experience collaborating directly with customers to gather insights, define needs, and champion technology adoption.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and multi-functional teamwork skills.
The ability to efficiently partner with teams with multifaceted strengths, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer-facing groups.

Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience with analog and custom IC design workflows.
Proficiency in circuit simulation, SPICE, and analog verification flows.
Knowledge of DRC, LVS, parasitic extraction, and physical verification.
Familiarity with OpenAccess-based design environments.
Experience with commercial EDA platforms, such as Cadence Virtuoso.
A history of successfully delivering software products used in production semiconductor design flows.
Demonstrated technical leadership and a strong aptitude for multi-functional collaboration.
