Role Description
This is a full-time, engineering position for 3DX Solution Platform Support at BIMCON Inc., located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. This in-person role requires 4-day a week presence at the client location in the Detroit Area.. The Engineer will be responsible for supporting the 3DX platform, including understanding engineering process and developing data configurations required to support Product Development processes. Daily tasks include analyzing the user requirements, managing data, and working with remote teams to meet vehicle program requirements. The Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of the 3DX solutions.
Qualifications
Experience with automotive product development processes is a required
Experience with 3DX platform usage and deployment
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Familiarity with CAx solutions and AI methodologies
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support end-users
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to support in-person work in the Detroit, MI area.
