We’re seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop rubber products and structural components for automotive applications. This role supports global programs and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design rubber components to meet customer requirements
Create 3D CAD models (NX or Solid Edge preferred)
Analyze test data, load-deflection curves, and FEA results
Support technical reviews and customer meetings (including occasional off-hours)
Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with engineering, test labs, and suppliers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
0-2 years of automotive component experience
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with high attention to detail
