Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Integration Engineer Parametric Test to support technology development and high-volume manufacturing for advanced semiconductor processes. The role focuses on electrical parametric characterization, process monitoring, technology correlation, yield improvement, and process optimization across FEOL and BEOL manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wafer-level parametric testing, statistical data analysis, device characterization, and process integration within a semiconductor foundry or IDM environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive process integration activities using electrical parametric test data throughout technology development and manufacturing.
Analyze wafer acceptance test (WAT), eTest, PCM, and inline metrology data to monitor process health.
Correlate electrical parameters with process variations, defectivity, reliability, and yield performance.
Develop statistical methodologies to identify process excursions and manufacturing trends.
Support technology qualification, process optimization, and production ramp activities.
Partner with Device, Yield, Process, Equipment, Reliability, Product, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to improve technology performance.
Perform root cause analysis of electrical failures using parametric and statistical data.
Establish process control limits and monitor manufacturing stability through SPC.
Support DOE planning, process characterization, and engineering change implementation.
Generate technical reports, dashboards, and engineering documentation for technology review meetings.
Participate in customer qualification programs and technology transfer projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process capability, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
5- 12 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, foundry, or IDM manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with electrical parametric testing and semiconductor process integration.
Strong understanding of CMOS manufacturing processes and semiconductor device physics.
