Job Description


Responsible for improvement and sustaining of all manufacturing processes; development of new process modules; leading or coordinating large projects. Interact and collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R&D groups on inter-departmental and cross-functional projects. Perform circuit level failure analysis, analyze E-test and product yield data, and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve the manufacturing process.

Job Requirements


MS or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
Strong ability to effectively communicate and present complex technical concepts and analytical findings to diverse audiences
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Process Integration, BiCMOS and/or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, or Diffusion
Proven experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis tools
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in semiconductor process integration or related field


Compensation: $112,000 - $170,000
