About the Company
As a Process Integration Engineer, Expert, you will improve and sustain manufacturing processes, develop new process modules, and lead or coordinate large projects within an analog and RF semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will own circuit-level failure analysis, E-test and product yield analysis, and feedback that drives continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D teams on cross-functional projects.

You will join a leading foundry of high-value analog semiconductor solutions serving communications, mobile, infrastructure, consumer, industrial, automotive, medical, aerospace, and defense markets. The role is based in Newport Beach, California, and is hybrid.

What You Will Be Doing
Improve and sustain manufacturing processes across the semiconductor fabrication environment.
Develop new process modules for analog and RF semiconductor manufacturing.
Lead or coordinate large, interdepartmental and cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D teams.
Perform circuit-level failure analysis to identify manufacturing improvement opportunities.
Analyze E-test and product yield data using data-driven methods.
Provide technical feedback to engineers and managers to improve manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements / What We Look For
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
Minimum of seven years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Hands-on experience in at least one domain: Process Integration, BiCMOS or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, or Diffusion.
Proven experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis tools.
Strong circuit-level failure analysis capabilities.
Ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts and analytical findings to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to improve and sustain manufacturing processes.
Ability to develop new process modules and coordinate large projects.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and R&D teams.
Data-driven decision-making, initiative, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
