Company Description: Altura AI is an Indian defense-tech startup building indigenous counter-drone technology, combining advanced autonomous systems, and robust hardware engineering. We design mission-critical systems engineered end-to-end in India for high-stakes aerial security challenges.

Role Description: The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer will design, simulate, and optimize PCBs and related hardware systems. Day-to-day activities include creating board schematics, performing board layout and routing, collaborating with electrical and RF engineers, and ensuring signal integrity and reliability under demanding operating conditions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to review designs, support prototyping, coordinate with fabrication partners, and address design-for-manufacturability and design-for-test requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring hands-on work with hardware, test equipment, and engineering teams.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical experience in Circuit Design and Analog circuit development.
Proficiency in Board Layout, including component placement, routing, and stack-up design using industry-standard PCB design tools.
Working knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) design concepts, including impedance matching, signal integrity, and noise mitigation.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience taking PCB designs from concept to production, including prototyping, testing, and validation.
Ability to interpret datasheets, schematics, and technical documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Familiarity with relevant standards and best practices for high-reliability and mission-critical hardware is preferred.
Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters) and hardware debugging is an advantage.
