Our client is a leading maker of RF/Microwave ICs for Defense, Wireless and other high growth markets. We are looking for a Principal Test Engineer based in the Greater Boston area, MA.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
This person will work in the Fab, doing Wafer level DC and RF Production Test.
Manage Process Control Monitoring and provide test data to the Process Team.
Implement programming for the Test equipment in C++, C# or Python.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We need a BSEE/BS Physics or advanced degree, with 5 to 15+ years of Wafer or Die level Test.
Must have experience with PCM, DC Test, and programming of test equipment.
Full time role. Direct hire.
