We’re seeking a Senior Process Integration Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and transfer of semiconductor process flows for Power Trench MOSFETs and BCD devices. This role drives device performance, manufacturability, and reliability through simulation, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
You’ll own process flow design, device characterization, data analysis, and technical documentation, while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with Process, Device, and FA teams to achieve first‑pass success on new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and document full semiconductor process flows
Run TCAD simulations, design experiments, and analyze electrical & in‑process data
Identify process issues and drive optimization across modules
Support test chip builds, transfer lots, and early‑stage yield improvement
Collaborate with Device Engineering on layout rules and test structures
Provide regular development updates to leadership and customers
Mentor 2–3 junior engineers
Support quality, safety, yield, and continuous‑improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of CMOS/BCD/Power device physics and FEOL/BEOL modules
Experience with DoE, TCAD, data analysis tools (JMP/Spotfire), and layout interpretation
Ability to correlate electrical test data with process behavior and FA results
Cross‑functional communication and technical leadership skills
MS/PhD in EE, Physics, or Materials Science + 5+ years relevant experience
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency may be required
