🚀 Hiring for one of our Product based organization client as a full time role : Principal Hardware Design Engineer (Senior Electrical Engineer)
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
💰 Compensation: Up to 45 LPA Fixed
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days WFO | Wednesday WFH)
⏰ Shift: Regular (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are looking for an experienced Principal Hardware Design Engineer to lead the complete product lifecycle from concept through design, validation, production, and sustenance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end hardware product lifecycle
• Lead board design, board bring-up, and system integration
• Drive engineering change management (ECO/ECN) post-release
• Support production and sustenance engineering activities

🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal Design
✔ Board Design, Schematic Capture & PCB Review
✔ High-Speed Design (SI/PI) or Power Systems Expertise
✔ Board Bring-up, Debugging & Lab Validation
✔ Full Product Lifecycle Ownership
✔ System Integration Experience
🔹 Sustenance Engineering Experience:
✔ Field Failure Analysis
✔ RMA Handling & Customer Escalations
✔ Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
✔ 8D & 5 Whys Methodologies

🔹 Interview Process:
