Role Overview
Lead the design and development of advanced power electronics systems, ensuring robust architecture, performance, and delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Define system architecture and design methodologies
Lead control strategies, EMC, and functional safety compliance
Provide technical leadership across complex programs
Build strong customer relationships and support business development
Develop technical standards, tools, and best practices
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
Candidate Profile
Strong experience in power electronics system design and delivery
Expertise in control systems, EMC, and multi-domain simulation
Proven leadership in technical program delivery
Experience with safety-critical systems and hardware validation
Degree with significant relevant industry experience
