For our client, we are seeking a Principal Engineer, ASIC Verification - Ai/hpc Socs to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,800 – $194,400 annually

Responsibilities

Verify memory, AI/HPC, or Die-2-Die subsystems of advanced SoCs and IPs
Develop architecture for functional verification environments
Analyze designs to create effective test strategies for functional correctness
Create verification test plans, writing tests, and collaborating with designers
Debug failures and resolve issues with design teams
Contribute to evolving SoC verification methodologies and environments
Lead a geographically dispersed team in pre-silicon validation efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 12+ years of experience
Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience
10+ years in design engineering with a focus on verification
At least 5 years of hands-on verification experience on PCIe, NOC, DDR, HBM, Processor cores, or AI/HPC accelerators
Strong experience in developing complex verification environments using System Verilog/UVM
Expertise in executing detailed verification test plans and scripting languages like Python or Perl
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
