Teoresi Inc is an international Group, with offices in Europe and United States, that acts as an engineering partner to customers' product and process development.
We are looking for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to support the design, development, and validation of advanced power conversion systems and UPS technologies.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in power electronics design, including power converter topologies, simulation, testing, and product development. The candidate will play a key role throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to validation, troubleshooting, and release, while collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams.
You will work in an agile and collaborative environment, partnering closely with engineering, operations, suppliers, and after-sales teams to develop innovative and reliable power protection solutions.

Power Electronics Simulation, Validation & Testing
Technical Specification & Supplier Collaboration
Product Lifecycle Support from Concept to Release
Complex Engineering Analysis & Technical Recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration with R&D, Operations & After-Sales Teams
Project Planning, Risk Management & Technical Coordination
Required Skills:
Strong experience in power electronics design and development
Experience with power converter topologies (AC/DC, DC/DC, inverter systems, or similar)
Knowledge of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) technologies and power protection systems
Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and LTspice
Programming experience in C
Experience supporting product validation, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
Ability to work independently and drive technical activities with limited supervision
Experience collaborating with suppliers and defining technical requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in industrial power systems, energy management, or critical power applications
Experience working within multinational or highly matrixed organizations
Familiarity with reliability, compliance, and certification requirements for power electronics products
Experience leading technical activities or mentoring junior engineers
Knowledge of additional programming languages or simulation environments
Profile Completes:
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Power Electronics (Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience will also be considered)
6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel 80%
