PMG Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic PMG Engineer to support aerospace and defense

engineering programs involving production coordination, technical documentation,

engineering support, and project execution activities.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality,

design, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of

aerospace/defense projects.

Key Responsibilities

 Support project execution activities for aerospace/defense programs

 Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams

 Maintain engineering and technical documentation

 Assist in production planning and project tracking

 Support technical reviews and engineering change management

 Monitor project schedules, status, and deliverables

 Assist in aerospace maintenance and airworthiness documentation

 Prepare technical reports and project updates

 Support troubleshooting and engineering analysis activities

Required Skills

 Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems

 Understanding of manufacturing and production processes

 Exposure to aircraft systems, avionics, or aerospace structures

 Familiarity with engineering documentation and compliance

 Good analytical and coordination skills

 Ability to work with cross-functional teams

 AutoCAD

 CFD Analysis

 AMOS / ARMS

 MS Excel / Project Tracking

Educational Qualification

 B.E / B.Tech in: ECE/EEE/Mechanical/Aerospace

Preferred Background

Candidates with internship/work exposure in:

 Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

 Larsen & Toubro Defense

 Airlines

 MRO

 Aerospace manufacturing companies

 Defense production organizations

will be preferred.
