Key Responsibilities:
Interface with AIDC business customers, stakeholders, and channel partners; build strong cooperative relationships, identify customer needs, and explore high-value potential project opportunities.
Coordinate internal and external resources, lead the project team, organize project feasibility assessments based on customer requirements, participate in the development of commercial strategies and technical solutions, and drive project nomination or contract award.
Establish the project team, initiate projects, and lead the team in product development. Manage process risks and take responsibility for project schedule, quality, cost, and expenses.
Demonstrate the ability to take end-to-end business ownership across the full process, from lead generation, opportunity identification, opportunity development, project execution, contract signing, delivery and service, to payment collection. Be willing to take accountability for project outcomes.
Build the product-line project management team, support new employee development, and improve team capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in an engineering or science-related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AIDC project management or development. Familiarity with project management processes is required. Experience with AIDC applications, engineering design, hyperscalers, or colocation projects is preferred.
Clear thinking and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage customers and project resources.
Outgoing personality, proactive work attitude, strong execution capability, and good team management and collaboration skills.
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred.
