Role: Physical Design Engineer
Experience: 6-10 yrs
Location: BLR
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
JD-
Expertise in Cadence Innovus(Place & Route)
Strong knowledge of STA (Prime Time), IR/EM (Voltus), and DRC/LVS (Calibre)
Experience in RC Extraction, Clock Tree/Mesh Design, Power Intent, and Hierarchical Physical Design
Hands-on experience with 5nm/3nm (N3E/N3P) technology nodes and foundry signoff flows
Scripting skills in Tcl, Perl, or Python
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
