Staff/Principal Physical Design Engineer
Full Time
Individual Contributor role open to Staff or Principal level engineers
Fully Onsite- Central Colorado
$400K+ total compensation plan comprised of base, bonus, and RSU's (higher comp packages depend on experience level/skillset)
Relocation Assistance provided
Work with the latest technology to continue driving next generation AI/ML ecosystems including PCIe Switch and Enterprise Storage Products.
Team Responsibilities
The team serves as an interface between the
Physical Design team
RTL Design team
Key responsibilities:
RTL quality analysis and review
Floorplanning activities
Ensuring RTL is deliverable to Physical Design with minimal iteration
Methodology development and process improvement
Supporting growing project workload across multiple programs
Must Have:
Strong Physical Design background
Floorplanning experience
Synopsys Fusion Compiler
Synopsys PrimeTime
Power analysis tools and methodologies
Permanent work authorization (Broadcom is not sponsoring visas)
Nice to Have:
PCIe experience (helpful but not required)
Package design awareness
Die size estimation and floorplanning considerations related to packaging
