Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead electrical circuit design and PCB layout using Altium Designer for power electronics and control systems.
Drive new product development from R&D, prototyping, and validation through production release.
Own hardware validation plans, lab testing, and electrical debugging at the circuit level.
Support UL certification and regulatory compliance for new electrical products.
Partner with manufacturing on BOM ownership, SMT/PCBA support, and first production builds.
Perform root‑cause analysis on field returns and drive continuous product improvement.
Profile
A Successful Applicant will have:
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, PCB design, and power electronics.
Proven expertise with Altium Designer, schematic capture, and multilayer PCB layout.
Hands‑on lab skills including oscilloscopes, DMMs, and hardware debugging.
Experience owning products from design through production, not just isolated design tasks.
Strong attention to detail with stable career tenure and ownership mindset.
Background in LED drivers, switching power supplies, or industrial electronics (highly preferred).
