Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer with expertise in high-speed digital board design and multi-layer PCB development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating complex hardware platforms involving PCIe, DDR memory interfaces, and high-speed SerDes technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complex multi-layer PCBs for high-speed digital systems.
Create and review schematics, component selections, and board-level architectures.
Perform PCB layout activities, stack-up planning, and routing for high-speed interfaces.
Work with technologies such as PCIe Gen4/Gen5, DDR4/DDR5, DRAM, and high-speed SerDes.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams during board bring-up and debugging.
Conduct signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis to ensure design compliance.
Support prototype builds, validation testing, and design verification activities.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure DFM/DFT compliance and successful product release.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in PCB Design and Hardware Development.
Strong experience with multi-layer PCB design and high-speed board development.
Hands-on experience with PCIe Gen4/Gen5, DDR4/DDR5, DRAM, and SerDes interfaces.
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, Altium Designer, or similar.
Good understanding of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI considerations.
Experience in hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation.
Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and design best practices.
