Job Summary
The Primary Container Technical Launch Integrator leads technical launch activities for pharmaceutical packaging projects, ensuring successful product commercialization, validation, and manufacturing readiness. This role collaborates with global cross-functional teams to manage packaging design, technical transfer, process validation, and post-launch support for oral solid pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global project teams for packaging launch and commercialization activities.
Manage technical transfer, validation, qualification, and launch readiness documentation.
Collaborate with DDS, MSAT, Engineering, and suppliers to optimize primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions.
Support packaging process development, equipment qualification, and commercial-scale implementation.
Provide post-launch manufacturing support and ensure smooth operational transfer.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, risk assessments, and project updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, or technical operations.
Experience in primary packaging validation, technical transfer, NPI, and project management.
Strong knowledge of GMP, qualification/validation, risk management, and packaging processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
