Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning framework.
Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
Familiarity with integrating Salesforce applications using APIs and web services.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Salesforce environments.
Knowledge of declarative development tools and low-code platforms to enhance application functionality.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
