Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the design and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This role bridges software and systems engineering with deep RF test expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, production-ready test systems. You will play a key role in defining best practices within a worldwide test development organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE.
Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging.
Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework re-use and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering.
Experience: 8+ years in automated test development.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.
Deep knowledge of RF measurements.
Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.
Desired Traits
Structured problem-solving approach.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Proven track record of building reusable and scalable technical solutions.
Compensation And Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00
