🌟 We're Hiring: NPD Electronic Circuit & PCB Design Engineer (R&D)! 🌟
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented NPD Electronic Circuit & PCB Design Engineer to join our R&D team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of circuit design, PCB layout, and product development processes, contributing to cutting-edge projects and solutions.
📍 Location: Mumbai, India
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: NPD Electronic Circuit & PCB Design Engineer (R&D)
1. Hardware Design Responsibilities:
Design and develop electronic circuits for power supplies, control boards, and embedded systems.
Select appropriate components (microcontrollers, power devices, sensors, etc.) based on project requirements.
Prepare circuit schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium, KiCAD, or EasyEDA.
Prototype, test, and troubleshoot PCBs and circuits.
Work on EMI/EMC compliance, safety standards, and hardware validation.

2. Software / Firmware Responsibilities:
Develop or configure embedded firmware/software for microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, PIC, or similar).
Work on communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, or Ethernet.
Configure and test control parameters, calibration, and data logging.
Integrate hardware with SCADA/PLC or other software systems.
Debug and test firmware to ensure reliable performance.


3. Documentation & Support:
Prepare design documentation, BOM, and test reports.
Support production and service teams in troubleshooting and debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, production, QA).


4. Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
Experience in PCB design and circuit simulation.
Familiar with microcontrollers and embedded programming (C/C++).
Hands-on experience with hardware testing instruments (DSO, multimeter, LCR, power analyzer).
Knowledge of power electronics, SMPS, and converter topologies is an added advantage.
Understanding of communication interfaces and industrial protocols.
Basic knowledge of software tools (e.g., Code Composer Studio, STM32CubeIDE, MPLAB, etc.).
