New Product Development Engineer

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred
6+ years developing products from concept through production with systems including mechanical, electrical, and firmware
Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid systems
(Fluid handling systems, calibration pumps, pneumatic/hydraulic pumps experience preferred - no oil & gas)
Complete proficiency CAD (SolidWorks preferred), BOM management, and design documentation
Experienced working contract manufacturers, ODMs / overseas suppliers
Must have structured problem?solving and risk tools (RCCA, FMEA, fault trees, fishbone)
Experience with Patent documentation
Experience designing test fixtures, validation systems, and verification plans
