Job Responsibilities
1.New Product Lifecycle Management
Lead the development of NPI certification roadmap, coordinate R&D/testing/production resources to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones (sample delivery, certification testing)
Establish cross-department rapid response mechanism to resolve technical bottlenecks and meet stringent international certification standards
2.Yield Improvement & Quality Enhancement
Set system-level yield targets, coordinate quality/production teams to resolve quality issues, improve shipment yield, and lead customer quality specification/benchmarking
Create project Risk Table, identify development certification risks based on validation schedules and system certification results, and implement proactive quality management
3.Customer Technical Support
Provide full-stack technical solutions (hardware/software) for global top clients (e.g., leading supply chain manufacturers) through on-site support
Close customer complaints using 8D methodology, build FACA case library, and improve resolution efficiency for similar issues
4.Customer Relationship Management
Establish client information network channels for real-time collection and digital processing of system certification data
Manage customer visits, organize technical meetings, and maintain long-term partnerships
5.Global Collaborative Innovation
Serve as BOE's technical interface with global strategic clients to drive joint display technology development projects
Qualifications
5+ years in FAE, product R&D, process development, quality management, or project management in electronics industry or Apple supply chain system. Experience with Apple and Foxconn/Luxshare-ICT factory mobile projects is preferred.
