MM-Wave RF IC Design Engineer

**NJ or REMOTELY BASED**

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing startup, which is a Millimeter Wave IC design house.

They are focused on high frequency and Millimeter Wave ICs for Defense Radars and SATCOM.

They design MM-Wave RF ICs, and also the Phased Array and Beam Forming Systems that they are integrated into.

They are looking for a MM Wave RFIC Designer:

• BSEE or better with 5-10 years or more.
• Experience designing RF ICs, ideally at 20-40 GHz or higher, which integrate large parts or all off the signal chain on a chip, especially for phased arrays.
• Ideal if they understand SOC, including the analog, digital and SW elements that the RF interfaces with in the chip. Need strong EMSIM, Simulation and test skills.
