Principal Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Type: Full-time

What you'll do

Lead the design of analog and mixed-signal blocks (ADCs, PLLs, bandgaps, regulators, SerDes, oscillators, dividers) for upcoming tape-outs
Own large portions of chip architecture, potentially as design lead on one of several planned chips
Perform hands-on layout and design verification (DRC, ERC, LVS)
Contribute to lab testing and validation of fabricated silicon
Collaborate across IC, systems, physics, and algorithms teams

Responsibilities

6+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design using CMOS
Both analog and mixed-signal experience across the block set: PLLs, ADCs, SerDes, bandgaps, regulators, oscillators
Multiple tape-outs with full block ownership from architecture through silicon
Strong transistor-level intuition and willingness to go deep on any circuit
Comfortable in a hands-on startup where everyone does their own layout

Required Skills

Advanced process nodes (FinFET, 28nm)
