deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Mid-level Integration and Test Engineer in Huntsville, AL

Position Description

deciBel Research is seeking a mid-level integration and test engineer to support I&T efforts on a large Department of Defense (DoD) contract.

Responsibilities Include

Integration procedure development
System Problem Report (SPR) initiation and processing
System Test Dry Runs
System Test execution
Development of desktop regression test procedures and tools
Document test procedures and test results
Participate in engineering technical reviews
Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDRL

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline

Experience Requirements

5+ years experience in I&T engineering on DoD programs
Integration of radar subsystems and software, and development/execution of test plans and procedures
Test automation scripting in C++/MATLAB/Python
Requirements verification, traceability, and reporting via DOORS, Jira, and Confluence

Special Skills Desired

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline
Experience performing root cause analysis
Experience working on a geographically distributed team
Familiarity with AESA HWIL testing
Hands on use of test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, Wireshark)
