💰 Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $120,000
• 10% Performance Bonus

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Lead advanced metrology activities across a range of products and components
• Define and optimize gaging methods and measurement strategies
• Apply and advise on GD&T interpretation and best practices
• Oversee calibration, operation, and maintenance of metrology equipment (CMM, TSK, Taylor Hobson, and more)
• Partner with engineering and lab teams to support new product launches and validation efforts
• Identify capability gaps and drive innovation in measurement technologies
• Mentor and guide technicians; contribute to cross-functional project teams

✅ What You Bring
• BS in Engineering (STEM) required; advanced degree preferred
• 10–15 years of metrology experience
• Deep expertise in metrology equipment, programming, and data acquisition systems
• Strong proficiency in GD&T application and gage development
• Experience with TS16949 / ISO9001 quality systems
• Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills

• Bearing design or manufacturing experience
• Calypso / TSK programming knowledge
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

🏭 Work Environment
• Primarily lab-based with some exposure to manufacturing areas
• Hands-on role with advanced equipment and components (up to 50 lbs)
• Safety-first culture with required PPE when applicable
