MES Engineer

Lead end‑to‑end GE Proficy MES solution delivery—from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
Serve as the primary MES subject matter expert for all manufacturing sites and stakeholders.
Translate business and operational requirements into scalable MES solution designs.
Define solution architecture, data flows, workflows, and integration patterns with ERP, SCADA/PLC, historians, IoT platforms, and quality systems.
Work closely with business teams to optimize manufacturing processes through digital solutions:
Work orders & dispatching
Production tracking & execution
Quality management
Material management & traceability
OEE and performance reporting
Lead cross‑functional teams of developers, analysts, system integrators, and plant IT resources.
Manage MES platform roadmaps, upgrades, performance optimization, and governance.
Ensure alignment with ISA‑95, ISA‑88, and industry best practices.
Support incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with automation (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration with shop‑floor systems.
Provide leadership in driving Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation programs.
