Scope Of Work
Lead engineering activities for mechanical equipment packages such as platform cranes, EOT cranes, freshwater maker packages, seawater intake pumps, diesel generators, compressors, pumps, piping, HVAC, and auxiliary mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with European codes, PED, CE marking requirements, and offshore certification standards including DNV, IEC, and EN.
Develop, review, and validate technical specifications, datasheets, and design documentation for mechanical packages.
Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and certification bodies to ensure adherence to PED and CE compliance requirements.
Oversee the integration of mechanical packages into offshore wind structures including turbines, substations, and foundations.
Support risk assessments, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and mechanical safety studies.
Manage interface requirements between mechanical packages and electrical/control systems for smooth system integration.
Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on mechanical package design, reliability, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Behavioral Competency
Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and clients.

Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Offshore Wind and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.

Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management practices.
Technical Competency
Sound knowledge of international standards and codes including European standards, PED, CE marking requirements, and offshore certification standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in quality management for EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) projects.
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
