We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in design and manufacturing. The role involves developing mechanical components using CAD tools, supporting production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine components using CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo)
Develop prototypes and support testing/validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, procurement)
Assist in production transition and resolve manufacturing issues
Maintain technical documentation and ensure AS9100 compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
CAD proficiency required
CNC machining experience (preferred)
Defense manufacturing experience (plus)
Prior management experience (plus)
